Faith C. Hammes, Esquire's primary areas of practice are real estate, land use, construction and civil litigation. Faith represents clients in a variety of legal matters ranging from real estate transactions and resolving issues related to real estate to construction disputes and collections. In addition, Faith has years of experience in representing municipalities, developers, and property investors in land development and zoning matters. Faith has several years of experience as in-house counsel for a construction business handling a wide variety of matters from contracts and financing to compliance issues.

Faith is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Faith is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Montgomery County Bar Association and is currently on the Real Estate
Committee and the Women in the Law Committee.

Faith received her Juris Doctorate from the Villanova University School of Law. During law school, she participated in a clinical legal program with the Domestic Abuse representing domestic partners seeking protection from abuse orders. Prior to law school, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Saint Joseph’s University.
